This troubleshooting article answers how to load and edit iPhone 4K videos in Pinnacle Studio smoothly.
With the right process in Pinnacle Studio, it’s easy to get awesome results. But I found Pinnacle Studio can’t ingest my iPhone 8 4K video. I’m quite in hurry to find a way to import and edit iPhone video in Pinnacle Studio without hassle. After reading several different posts here I put together a working workflow.
From its official site, we know Pinnacle Studio 20 Ultimate (above) is up-to-date to support 4K UHD Video formats (with strict system requirements), but the older version 15/16/17/18/19 and previous doesn’t even support 4K H.265/HEVC videos as input. So, an alternative choice is to convert iPhone X/8/7/6 4K Video to Pinnacle Studio more edit-friendly format.
